A cottage in the country – your home away from home

The original 19th century barn of the farmhouse has been restored to provide two quality holiday cottages – Les Hirondelles and Les Etables. Many original features have been retained including exposed stonework and beams. Each gîte (cottage in French) has a private terrace and seating area close at hand to take advantage of the impressive views over the countryside of this very special part of southwest France .

Both gîtes have wood burning stoves and electric convector heaters. You will find them warm in winter and cool in summer protected from extremes of temperature by the thick stone walls of the original barn. To keep you cool on those hot summer nights all windows have shutters and fans are provided for extra ventilation. We provide extra beds for children under 6 and have cots for babies. Each gîte has a sofa bed which can extend the sleeping capacity by 2. Guests have use of a laundry room with washing machines and drying areas.
